Booking Enquiries

We operate an on-line booking system for the main hall and the committee room, which allows customers to see the current availability, make bookings and see all the details of existing bookings.

How to make a booking

The first thing you should do is check the availability on our calendar. If the date and time you require are free, click on the ‘+’ sign on the day you want. This will open a booking form which you will need to complete in order for a booking request to be processed. Once we receive your request we will process it and issue an invoice for any deposits required to confirm the booking.

All bookings are made in accordance with our Conditions of Hire and agreement of these conditions is a requirement of any booking.

Hirers should also familiarise themselves with the Instructions for Use, the End of Hire Checklist, the Hall Plan and our Privacy Policy. Non-commercial hirers (including those who wish to use bouncy castles or similar) should also take note of our Hirers’ Public Liability Insurance Cover. Hirers might also wish to look at relevant policies (eg Hiring, Health & Safety, and Safeguarding) which can be found in the Policies and Documents section.
