Offord Village Hall is well-equipped for hosting a wide range of events, parties and educational activities.
Licenses
Offord Village Hall holds the following license:
- Premises license from Huntingdonshire District Council for a range of activities including, film and drama shows, parties and other social events.
- Music license from PRS/PPL
Note: we do not hold a license for the sale of alcohol, but users can obtain a Temporary Entertainment Notice from HDC.

- An Emergency Defibrillator is housed in a yellow cabinet on the external wall at the front of the hall, adjacent to the main entrance

- Projector (mounted to the ceiling) with HDMI connection ports at the front and rear of the hall (additional charges apply)

- Bluetooth receiver to play music etc via devices e.g. mobile phones
- RCA audio connection ports at the front and back of the hall
- Blu-Ray player (additional charges apply)
- Wireless microphones (additional charges apply)

Kitchen Facilities
We have a large, well-equipped kitchen with:
- serving hatch (accessible from main hall)
- Modern, catering standard gas cooker.
- Catering dishwasher
- Large American-style fridge-freezer
- Microwave
- Water boiler (for tea/coffee etc) and assorted kettles
- Stainless steel food trolley
- Food preparation areas and separate sinks
- Crockery, cutlery and glassware
Note, we do not have serving bowls or cookware (pots, pans etc), as they tend to be “borrowed” and not returned.
